I will be contributing to the annual Workshop on Flood Protection in the Odra Basin, initiated by the International Commission for the Protection of the Odra River against Pollution (ICPO), held in Wroclaw, Poland, December 11 and 12. The commission’s website (http://www.mkoo.pl) holds a lot of interesting information on the legal implementation of trans-boundary water mangement concepts, according to the EU directives.
